My First Blog Post

I have finally decided to take the plunge and add a blog to my site. I always wanted an easy way to share information with visitors and I’m super excited to start this journey. Keep coming back to my site and check for updates right here on the blog.

Christmas has come and gone and I'm feeling the pinch (round my waist). Its time to start all those resolutions and begin the year the way we intent to continue 2017. Ian and myself sat down a couple of days ago and had the usual happy new year hand shake and brief discussion on what we both want to get out of 2017. The usual suspects where present, diet and exercise but also business related 'resolutions'. 2017 will see us expand our furniture ranges with the space we have available and also see the shop get a bit of a face lift. We've been in St Clair street 7 years now and think its time we give the shop a splash of paint.  Another addition is this our website. We've had various websites over the past 15 years but I've never taken it seriously enough. Being a small team there is always something else more pressing to deal with than upload a blog, facebook post or special price to the internet. Well 2017 will see me and Ian ( with a little encouragement) onto the interweb to write these short blogs.  Next one will come from the January furniture show in Edinburgh. The Scotland Furniture show is our most important buying day. We select all our new models for the next 6-8 months and most importantly bash out some deals of the suppliers. Keep a look out for all the gossip.
